It's probably worth mentioning that pink poly caps
are not static shielding.  We use only black conductive
caps, essentially for the same reason we use static
shielding bags instead of pink poly bags.  Pink poly
is not adequate protection for ESD-sensitive items.

Tte polystyrene on the displays is very sensitive to chemicals.  We were using an aqueous wash with a saponifier and found that crazed the plastic, according to HP.  They were right.
