Yes. $1000 QFPs + new stores person = GRRRRR. We used Six Sigma Services, I recommend them highly. They will also evaluate them and tell you if they are too far gone. They understand reliability issues.

Have any of you availed of lead straightening services to recover parts with bent leads? We have some fine pitch QFPs that have bent leads (X-Y and Z) due to improper storage in the Matrix Trays. Just looking for some advice on best practices, common pitfalls, things to look out for and such.
