We have been using nylon nozzles for many years on hitech multichip modules. 
Used our ESD check boxes and blew both dry nitrogen and air on the samples 
for many minutes, not a single volt on the display. I was afraid of surface 
charges in insulators, but could not register any.  Think molecules with 
long distances between do not give same effect as homogenous material which 
can offer electrons.  The only danger I think is mutual electrostatic 
induction from too close a charged nozzle tip, keep distance.
