Check out the vapor phase products.  If you do BGAs, you'll get much  
better results with modern vapor phase reflow systems.  1-2 degrees is  
only doable in vapor (air boundary layer at the parts and shadowing  
means you have to have a higher air temp to ensure you hit the temp  
you need everywhere and with SAC that means overhearing components.

No environmental issues with the new perfluoroethers.  Cost of fluid  
is less.

My assembler switched and he's glad he did as am I.

He also added a solderpaste jet system to replace stencils.  Helps to  
prevent pillowing with BGAs as you can adjust the thickness of the  
paste that's deposited.  Since you'll be at APEX .....
