Row 14?  Wow, they must have discovered a whole bunch of new
elements while we weren't looking.

Cool question though.  Never heard of ekasilicon before this.

When I was a kid, one of the nuns saw a nerd-in-the-making and
gave me a copy of Asimov's "Building Blocks Of The Universe" from
the school library.  I loved that book, each chapter had the 
story of an element or group, too bad none of it stuck.  I just 
checked on Amazon, apparently it's out of print, alas.
