Thanks everyone for their responses. I also received an excellent response
from Mr. Busse at NASA.
Inge - please keep in mind that although I am technically experienced, what
I know compared to you, Mr. Hillman, Mr. Pauls, Werner , Vladimir, Bev and
others would not fit on the back of a postage stamp. You are the industry
gurus - not me, which is why I ask these questions and to quote someone a
lot more famous than me - the answers I received in general were a)"it
depends" and b) be very careful. As usual, I have learned a lot more than I
knew before so now I can have a much more intelligent conversation with my
customer. Thanks again.

something in your lines. You know well that there are hundreds of papers on
Tin whiskers in conjunction with Immersion Tin.
Jay, are you there? You are the best in the US on this topic. Can you open
Pandora's box? I've lots of material, but as the Great King of Whiskers,
you ought to say something.
