OK, it looks IPC will take the lead on a site where you can immediately post 
documents and photos. 

I have a sample site that I will send to a few of you from the discussion to 
make sure you can access it. If you'd like to be included, please let me know 
by direct e-mail.

My suggestion would be that someone has to register in order to post or 
delete photos to make sure the archives are safe. We can look into the 
options that are available to find a balance between annoying and safe.
