Hi Gil,

I work for PWB Inc. and we are a competitor to HATS. I know what the
answer to your question would be for IST reliability testing but I was
interested in the answer to reliability testing with HATS.

If it does not violate any confidences, did you ever get an answer about
HATS testing and what was the answer?

Sincerely,
Paul Reid

Subject: [TN] Pass Fail criteria for HATS tests

Hello Tech,

We performed HATS test on some PCB`s vendors using a few PCB
technologies. Will it be reasonable to define Pass/Fail criteria for
Avionic systems as 10%/500 cycles after 6 eutectic solder simulations
using -40 to 145C? What are the criteria's you are using? Is it a tough
demands or should most PCB class 3 pass it?

Thanks,

Gil Zilber
