Thanks Technet,

I will summarize the answers:

ImAg will not be a good RoHS without carefully qualifying the PCB supplier
The paste might be an issue, Mike could you please elaborate
N might help, but it is not sure, nobody said they really did it in RoHS on ImAg

To detail more my situation, some boards are SMT double sided plus waving of TH. More protos to come, but the one I did with TH at the end shown very poor wetting on the PCB and tarnishing like areas where there was no wetting on the pads.

My conclusions are:
Very few members of the group have ImAg in RoHS experience
This combination should be a keep away, unless you have very good control over your operations like Dave Hillman has

I would say not.
1) YOu should be able to find a paste that works double sided. It's a
standard new paste evaluation test by customers in this part of the world
and one that we do in developing pastes.
2) the board solderability comes into this also of course. Yu could consider
spending a few hundred dollars in time finding a supplier who can supply
solderable boards!

Regards

Mike
