Dear all,

We have a requirement of plating 2-3 microns of gold on Rogers 6002
substrate with Aluminium backing. We have been doing this with copper. We
do electrolytic gold plating. Will there be an issue if Aluminium is put
in the bath. Customer is particular of using Aluminium due to weight
specific issues. There is no PTH on the board. We are currently using Rohm
and Haas electrolytic plating chemistry.

Looking forward for your reponse

rgds

Pradeep
