My vision camera on printer is viewing ring around fiducial (picture attached). 
In isometric view, the bottom of fiducial is flared out and is larger than 
vertical projection of top surface of fiducial. 

Vision Camera is looking for a circular disc , but it is finding circular disc with a 
rind around it. I was wondering how to comminicate out-of-spec (IPC 
document). 
Where it is defined how the fiducial are made ? Only very few board per lot are 
manifesting this phenomena, it is causing interruption to production everytime 
we hit such an scenario. 

I will appreciate your advise.
