Hi,
I need help on issue regarding the MOV. We are using this MOV on one of our PWA. This PWA goes through the cleaning process (aquawash). Then the PWA is subjected to various tests.The MOV failure happens during a high voltage test due to hydration of device during cleaning process.
I am attaching the datasheet above. the Part number being used is CU3225K275G2K1.
Has anyone observed this before? Can anyone let me know what can be done to prevent this failure. (At the moment, we cannot stop the cleaning process during the PWA build).
