If you are the DIY kind of person you can get a tube of some sort
(open both ends), attach a muffin fan to one end, cut the leg off a
pair of your wife's old pantyhose, fill the pantyhose with ~1lb of 4mm
carbon pellets (approx $3-5) and attach to a 12 Volt supply.
