Don't know what you mean with 'very fine features'. Anyway, dispensers have
their limitations in the needle<>viscosity relationship. We use MRSI systems
with XY accuracy of 5 micrometers. All working with dispensers know that
this does not mean that you can dispense a patterns with that accuracy. It's
just the fantastic servo system data. Would have a look at japanese
machines, probably super.

EFD products are used in both Asymtek and Specialty Coatings machines IIRC.
