Hello,
The numbering scheme looks like EPCOS, I assume you picked the right
datasheet, but maybe Prashant can answer this better.
IMHO The remark on page 32 applies to normal operation.
I assume (as EPCOS writes on page 31 "Complete removal of flux is
recommended to avoid surface contamination that can result in an
instable and/or high leakage current.") appropiate cleaning processes
are allowed, and maybe aqueous cleaning would also work but with some
precautions (dry bake after cleaning and before tests) In that case I
would ask EPCOS and/or look for cleaning recommendations on their
website.
