Hi all

I read recently an article/paper proposing a new procedure or standard for
assessing solder paste. Essentially it proposed a standardised test board
(similar to those used by some larger companies now). 

Unfortunately I have filed it so securely I can't find it. If anybody can
send me a link I would be much obliged.
