Guys and Gals (all Gurus),
JEDEC call out spec without bias (e.g. Publication 95 design guide). It is understandable that it deal with device level only. When it implemented to ipc, does bias should be required? When and at what level? (1, 2, 3?) If it is failed at asy level on bias, ex. Uncured molding or excessive flame retartant in the molding resulted corrosion has complete different failure rate with and without bias. How could we differentiate the device fault vs asy at fault? I just want to know which way I should point out the finger without running around the blocks. Preventive action right the moment. When you actually dealing with a case, it would to too late to find out if non of the spec covers the fault. I am sure one of the std group is working on that. Please educate and enlighten my foolish soul. Thx in advance.

But along the way, there are sure to have been crazy moments and experiments that didn't come out quite right. Show us or tell us about those moments - your Bloopers, Blunders or Bonus Moments - in your own YouTube Video.

And the bragging rights are priceless...
