Does anyone know off-hand if solder paste (RMA and water soluble) meets the type "A" classification for impurities per J-STD-006?
I have looked at Kester and Alpha Metals web sites and the data sheets for the paste doesn't say.
The data sheets for the bar solder does show the level of impurities, but there is no info for paste.
Thanks,
John
