For very high frequencies above 1 Ghz, yes, because of the underlying
nickel. ENIG is a very lossy finish. IAg is a much better finish in
terms of dB gain, due to the much lower surface resistance with Hall
effect variable.

hardened Au?
I may have misunderstood it to be rarely used in electronics. My
metallurgist mentor retired 3 years ago. We miss him.
