We received solder shields with the drain wire and the drain wire is
distorted (flatten).   I consider that a defect for stranded wire not
maintaining the normal lay of strands.  Have any of you experiences this
conditions?  I do not know exactly the operation in making them could
allow this to occur.  Thanks for any help.  I have checked with one of
our electrical engineers and he said it would not affect the electrical
properties.  This are mil spec parts (M83519/2 (SAE-AS83519/) and would
not believe during qualification this would be allowed but again not
sure of who or where that is preformed.  Jon
