Joyce is correct. It is the component manufacturer's responsibility to
provide the MSD level, proper packaging, and shelf life and storage
conditions. Many do not do this. It presents a big problem for the user.

What about moisure sensitivity? I'm thinking about MSL classifications
which are outlines in a Jedec spec which I can't lay my hands on right
now? A bit of a vague question.
