Why do you need a replacement?  Rogers still makes 5880
(www.rogerscorp.com/acm/producttypes/2/High-Frequency-Laminates.aspx)

Arlon Microwave Materials ( www.arlon-med.com ) and
Taconic ( www.taconic-add.com )  both make material with similar properties
to the 5880.
