I was unaware that IPC had sub-classes. If this material is "-1" then what
would it be if soldered with lead-free solder?

Hi Charming,
What you have is a PCB made of CEM-1 or -2 with unsupported holes---this is
Class -1(minus 1) not Class 2.
While this might work for some applications, you cannot claim that you have
a Class 2 product; and in harsh environments you clearly will have problems.
