Kudos to Lamar, Terry, and Dewey who all suggested Dynaloy to me.
After using several gallons of both, I can report:
Dynasolve 230 is particularly good with silicone.  Dynasolve 100 is particularly good with acrylic.  Both appear to be rather controllable.   They work so well, that I suspect they are not particularly good for humans.
Although it is against the Dynaloy's recommendations, I find a 50/50 IPA/DI rinse essential.
