Hi,

Due to our recent introduction to poor quality bare board suppliers out of
China, our purchasing manager is looking for a checklist of some sort that
will assist us in qualifying new board suppliers.  I'm asking for your input
or suggestions on where I can find a checklist of items we should be looking
at when qualifying a new bare board supplier.  I have not searched the IPC
website yet, but will be looking next, does anyone know if IPC has a
qualification process already in place for bare board suppliers?  Is anyone
willing to share their list or qualification process?
