I would not try this, I don't see this method listed in IPC 7711 section
2.3.1, in Table 1, Table 2, or Table 3, where all of the IPC-approved
conformal coating removal methods are documented by type of coating to
be removed. Use of chemicals and methods outside of those documented
within the IPC standards are unqualified, undocumented, and possibly
unsafe.
