Recently we had some multilayer FR4 boards tested to compare two
different vendors fabrication of the same design.  One of the tests that
was performed by the lab was a delta Tg test (IPC-TM-650 2.4.25).  We do
not at this time specify this delta Tg as a direct requirement but this
testing leaves me wondering if we should be requiring a maximum delta
Tg?  And if we should what is the delta Tg that should be required?
