Hey Steve! Congrats! Hey Guy! Congrats! Good choice in Steve. I think the
"Guy" team is going to get better.

Hey Steve, we have lived in the same house for 19 yrs and are doing some
rework. When you move stuff out of closets (every closet and cabinet) to
paint, it feels like moving. We have been throwing away useless stuff and
donated what could be used by someone else. Our rule of thumb has been....do
we want to actually pack this, move it, unpack it and find it a new home? If
we don't want to do that, we DO NOT keep it. Our house is on a diet and it
is losing weight.
