It's very difficult to answer your question as all surface finishes suffer
with solderability issues based on the control of the original fabrication
process or what assembly engineers like me to do to the poor green boards.

It may be better to be a little more specific on the question to help
TechNet answer your question, the solderability experts out there could
write war and peace on the question posed.

You should also read through the IPC document IPC 4552 the IPC agent in
Turkey is also ESMAN.
