I thought  the technet forum can be viewed by anyone via the IPC web site?
I suppose the only way prevent vendot spam is to get a free email acct just
for technet.

Perhaps government contractors should be careful that they only discuss
technical information that is not sensitive.  Assembly issues such as
solderability and reliablity are pretty universal.  If it can be presented
at a conference or pubilshed in a journal or trade magazine, it can be
discussed here.
