I believe Louis is interested in communicating with shops that have gone
through MIL-PRF-31032 Certification, as well as those currently pursuing
that certification to get a better understanding of what all is involved
(audit, cost, time involved, etc.). I might be interested in participating
in such a group.

A separate group? Why? I'm myself much involved with MIL production, but
most of good things I've learnt come from non MIL groups. E.g. Ericsson's
production line for making radio links and base stations. They have
requirements that many a time are tougher than MIL.

If you want a separate group because of security matters, then I
understand.

Technetters, is anyone working on or have experience in getting qualified
to
make printed circuit boards to US military spec MIL-PRF-31032? I would
appreciate any comments on 'training' requirements. If enough other
TechNetters are interested, perhaps we could set up a separate discussion
group.
