As for IPC spacing, see IPC-2221 table 6-1 which is vastly different
than UL spacing's.

Subject: [TN] IPC High Voltage PCB Marking and Spacing

Hi All,

Does anyone know of an IPC standard that states a requirement of high
voltage spacing and marking? I know that UL requires spacing based on
the
voltage, but not for sure about IPC. Thanks for the help.
