A separate group? Why? I'm myself much involved with MIL production, but 

most of good things I've learnt come from non MIL groups. E.g. Ericsson's 

production line for making radio links and base stations. They have 

requirements that many a time are tougher than MIL.



If you want a separate group because of security matters, then I understand.
