The VP is cleaner than other soldering processes, so we have less problems with VP. We let the boards pass a tunnel cleaner (degreaser,solvent,water)and then spray coat with Humiseal. Simply all. No specials.

Hi all,

Does anyone have some knowledge about putting conformal coating on a board that has gone through a vapour phase process?
Are there any known issues?
Or are there some process considerations regarding cleaning prior to conformal coating?
