Are any of the screws loose? Especially in your customer's head? 
Cavitation in alcohols can produce a dangerous mist and alcohol vapours 
can be explosive and are not heavy like halogenated solvents. Methanol 
is a deadly toxin attacking the CNS. If is is essential, I suggest you 
fill the US machine with water, put the parts in closable jars with IPA 
and put these jars (closed) in the machine. It will be less efficient 
but safer.
