Do realize that you are using the most selective stripper that Dynaloy
makes? This also means that it will be the least aggressive for coating
removal. You will have to extend the time and or go to a more
aggressive remover. Both Dynaloy and HumiSeal make such products. Be
sure that the your customer will finda more aggressive material to be
acceptable if you chose to go that route. The more aggressive cleaner
can also remove desired marking, so be careful there and be sure to
rinse very well, or you will have cleanliness related issues.

Controls will be key to this process.

Subject: [TN] Coating tripping method.

Hi Technet,
We are having a problem concern to trip coating. Details such as:
Material: Humiseal 2A64 Part A
	     Humiseal 2A64 Part B
	     Thinner 64
	     Dynaloy Dynasolve 190 (GEL 190)
Mixer 200 gram Humiseal 2A64 Part A and 200 gram Humiseal 2A64 Part B,
stir them , after pour 75 gram Thinner 64 to this mixer.
Viscosity: 20 seconds.

Method: Using Dynaloy Dynasolve 190 to strip coating on PWA (Immerse
PWA into Dynaloy Dynasolve 190 about 2 hours)

We can not strip the coating layer by this method.

Would you please help us to solve this problem.

Thanks and best regards,
