Hi Paul - you will get some very slow copper diffusion but not copper 
dissolution at 150C.

[TN] Copper Dissolution at 150°C






A quick question.

Can copper dissolution occur below the liquidous temperature of the 
solder?

My sense is no ... but I am not sure.
