Hi Paul,
Everything dissolves in everything but at different rates. So, Cu will be diffusing into solder ("dissolving") but VERY slow.

Subject: [TN] Copper Dissolution at 150°C
A quick question.
Can copper dissolution occur below the liquidous temperature of the solder?
My sense is no ... but I am not sure.
Sincerely,
Paul Reid
