I am conducting a search for a high quality pre-tinning "house" or
operation that is capable of tinning single lead pin (15-mils in
diameter) components using SAC 305 lead free solder in a volume
application.

 

I would appreciate your input on a potential reliable resource for
accomplishing this task.
