Hi All:
Does anyone have the same experience for the thermal shock test, in
IPC-TM-650 section 2.6.7.2B, there are 6 kinds of test conditions for
different BASE MATERIAL TYPE, such as the material of IPC 4101B/20, the test
condition should be condition C, but now what I have for a new base material
type is EMC-285, the type is IPC 4101B/101, which is not mentioned in this
section, so does anyone know what kind of test condition should be used for
this kind of material? Condition c or condition and F and why?
Thanks!
Winning
