Hi Amol

Do NOT attempt to dip coat with 2A64, unless you are happy to throw  
away the majority of it after around 4 to 6 hours.

This is a 2 part urethane, and 1 part is moisture sensitive.

Spray coating is your best option by far. If quantities to coat are  
few, then mix and spray as desired but the pot life when mixed is only  
a couple of hours before rheology and viscosity drift too far.

If quantities are high, then I suggest having each part mixed via a  
pump system complete with spiral mixer. This way you minimise wastage  
but the spiral mixer and pump circuit need thoro purging.

You might keep in mind that 1A20 was designed to replace 2A64 as a one  
part material with similar performance characteristics.

If I was you, I would stick with 1A33 - it will do all you want but if  
its not on the drawing, then 2A64 it will be.
