I installed the first immersion silver line in North America in 95. We built millions of boards with this finish and the only issue brought to my attention was exposure to a sulfur environment. Multiple reflows did not present an issue and we stored the boards at customer sites for over a year without a problem. Our customers did not find it necessary to use gloves in the assembly operation.

  Any concerns about using immersion silver as a finish. PWB has to take two
  reflow cycles, 1 re-work cycle and one hand solder after the two reflows.
  Parts have to be transported from one part of the country to another after
