I know of some people in the NJ area that will do all of what it sounds like
you need.

I used them for a custom TO 220 style lead frame, but they can easily do
DIPs too.  We utilized a universal mold base where we could interchange
various mold chaises.  They also did the cut-trim and form die.

Ours was manual load/unload of the mold as opposed to auto load/unload.
What are you looking for?  Manual/Auto?

I need to double check some names and numbers before getting back to you.
[May have another stateside source as well]

Have Korean equivalents as well.

Which ITT facility are you at?

Used to actually have these services available in USA, but I guess now its
