Finished Cu weight will be ~ .0022"-.0026" - this call out is for base
material, not including plating.

Graham -

The break out for that material specification is:

Glass Fiber epoxy Natural color .0625" thick copper clad 1 oz each side
with B3B quality. I can't recall what the B3B breaks out to but I can
find the spec if you need it.

Subject: [TN] PWB fab drawing - how thick is the copper?

Hi Technet
I've got a double sided board, no internal traces, and per the drawing
the material is GFN0625C1/C1B3B.
Does this spec define the copper weight? I have to do a repair and need
to figure out how big a wire to use - so need to know the copper
thickness. Usually our PWB drawings define it more clearly.

Thanks!
