We have used a Mark V Laboratory PCR-2200 printed circuit router for years.

I have been using it personally for ten years but believe it may be twenty 
years old by now.  The only maintenance is to clean out the vacuum that 
collects the dust and replace broken or dull router bits.  Not sure if you could 
find a used one but if you can at find one at the right price you will never 
need to replace it.
