Thank you for that link.

Is this final or this bill can be subject to modifications before it is approved?

I was searching for some of the EU exemptions and they doesn't seems to be all in there:

1 - Lead in electronic ceramic part (For MLCC).
2 - Lead in glass of electronic components.

For the first one, the closest one in this bill would be:

"(III) machined through-hole discoidal and planar array ceramic multilayer capacitors;"

I am not certain if "Planar Array Ceramic Multilayer Capacitors" is how this is used in MLCCs. Maybe someone more technical than me could confirm this?

However, for the second one, the only thing referring to "glass" in that bill is as follow:

"glass used in plasma display panels or surface conduction electron emitter displays or for flat fluorescent lamps in liquid crystal displays, or in incandescent lamps;"

This doesn't sound like Lead in glass for resistors would be included??

Any thoughts?
