Dear Technos,
We think about implementing a means of evaluating the efficiency of the inspectors. One idea would be having them inspect a certain quantity of boards assembled with different known defects, both in terms of placement (polarity, position, etc.) and workmanship.
Is there anybody out there manufacturing this type of evaluation boards?
Also, what are you doing to evaluate and qualify your inspectors (QC and end of SMT line touch-up people)?
Thanks,
