Finish to what? Your career: potentially (especially if you have to
rework every PB). The final surface finish of the PB substrate: it
depends on the following:

*         ImAg is per IPC-4553

*         Consumed in one year or less

*         Inventory system FIFO(first in, first out)instead of FISH
(first in still here)

*         Proper storage and handling procedures in place

*         Minimize exposure to sulphur and moisture

*         Proper packaging (silver-saver sheets, desiccant, HIC) and
shipping requirements for PBs and PBAs

*         Established compatibilities between materials and processes
