Hi,
I was out at APEX last week and I saw the Roll to Roll stuff from a company
in the UK. I brought back a sample, see below. I was looking for 1 x 36 inch
PCBs once, this would do it.
The basic inkjet head which drives the process is a 70um head so keep that
in mind when designing track and space rules. Use increments of the basic
head.
Platting is thin, 30mOhm sheet resistance. . A 1 foot 10mil trace is 36
ohms.
Also, the process is VERY compatible with short runs and prototypes.

R-T-R processing is fast becoming one of the leading electronics
