Normally you should be able to install and run any english program on
an non-english (e.g. german) OS. My layout software, my CAM software
etc. in english run on a german W2k without any problems. The only
strange thing is, you will get program dialogues with mixed language.
In german, if it is a ressource from the OS, english, if it belongs
to the software.
